That, my friend, is an RSM tray. Alone they're just differential SCSI
JBODs.  Early E10Ks used those for their rootdisks (before D1000s.)
They also appeared in things like my RSM2000 hardware array, where 5
of those trays are attached the RSM 2000 RAID controller.
