And most of the large ISPs in Austin have amazingly quit
selling DSL now.  Texas.Net stopped selling it on Aug. 1st,
Jump.Net is not taking any further orders.. so right now its
either OnRamp or SWBT.

I think the independent ISPs got tired of having to deal with
SWBT for circuits.
