No, this is not openly available software you need to,
um, borrow a copy of it from someone. Fairly
reasonable, as youj couldn't buy the card without the
software, so if you have the physical card in hand,
the previous owner had a license.

Of course YEMV (Your Ethics May Vary), some would
consider it fair game, some consider such "borrowing"
to be stealing...

VMWare wants a *serious* CPU, an AMD5x86 chip is a
486-class CPU, about as fast as a Pentium 75 in most
applications.
