[rescue] IBM RISCSystem/6000 250

The "console" video mode simulates a green monochrome monitor.
I'm not sure what resolution/refresh rate but I thought it was standard
vga/pcconsole mode.  It sounds like you probably have the sync signal
on the wrong pin.
