Unix in least RAM, was Re: [rescue] Cheap RAM?

I currently have a 7.2 meg laptop running potato. And yes, the potato=20
install guide says it won't install on machines with less than 16meg.

Not anything like 248k, but not bad for 2001.

(It's a dedicated emacs box, and a well tuned emacs will run fine on 7=20
meg.)

Hrm, unless one cares to count OSX on a 512k color computer3, but that's=
=20
not really unix.
