[SunRescue] 670MP and memory expansion

Hi-
   I just settled my 600MP
into its new 670 chassis, and
wanted to install the
501-1901 memory expansion board

I have been pouring over my FEH
and set the jumpers on the 501-1901
and also on the backplane.
the CPU is in slots 4/5
and the memory is in 2/3

   Without the memory board installed
I boot fine and all is well.
With the board in...
It freezes.
the diagnostic display lites the first and last 2 led's if that helps
Has anyone put these in before
and can help me figure out if I missed a jumper?
