[SunRescue] SS4/SS5/SS10 compatibility?

The 4/5/20 use the same case (Aurora or Aurora II)  The
difference between the two is the size of the floppy and CD-Rom
slots on the side.  The Aurora I uses an extra slim CD-ROM while
the Aurora II takes any 5-1/4" HH device and has an extra slim
floppy below.
