[SunRescue] File Manager in Sol 2.6

I don't have an Enterprise system, but I have had File Manager fail under 
OpenWin on Solaris [2.]7) on an IPX.  I wasn't doing anything special, but I 
was using it as root.  Yeah, I know.  My bad.

In any case, I was in the root directory when File Manager blew up, and it 
changed all the directory permissions there to 777 before it dumped core.
