[SunRescue] cheap sources for 19" wire racks...

Relay racks are fairly inexpensive - try datacom warehouse (URL is not
known, but they are part of the PC/MAC/datacom warehouse "family" of
companies...).

Of course, anything over a few pounds will not be suitable, but I suppose
you knew that...
