I have  a Mylex DAC960SX Ultra-SCSI to Ultra-SCSI RAID Controller.
Bought it brand new for a FreeBSD server many years ago, but never used it.
Includes original CD (no clue what is on it, drivers?) and books. I
believe this was the version that had the 1GB cache "module" (actually
just a stick of RAM) on it.

$75 shipped within the US. Alaska, Canada, Hawaii, and the rest of world
would be a bit more.
