OOPS, my bad. It's called the PS3 Media Server, it's a Java based program
for Windows/Linux/Mac that was designed to UPNP stream to PS3's. It works
for other things, I'm used it to stream to XBMC on Windows and Mac,
and to a TerTec Interner radio.

I installed it because once I got it running in a VNC X session, so I
can access the GUI when I need it, it took about 10 seconds to configure.
