Portable IP space costs money.  If you've not had to pay for it before now,
you slipped through the cracks and were lucky.  Is it just a /24?

I *do not* want to know what $WORK pays for 34/8 and 134.132/16.  I know
it's a *lot*, from talking to the guys in corporate.

For the /8 they pay $18K and for the /16 it's $4500.  So, 22.5K just to
have/use/keep those IP addresses.
