I work for the local school district, it appears I qualify, though the  
form does say I am giving permission to contact me to confirm  
eligibility. I was able to request they contact me via e-mail.

I wonder if this is their way trialing the idea of running server on  
non-apple HW? That would be interesting - I'm sure Dell would love to  
sell OS X Servers based on their inexpensive HW...
