I've never knowingly gotten burned by "bogus" hardware- probably just lucky...

Although I do question some of the items I buy that come from China
for low, low prices (odd bits, Dell SIPs for KVMs, Mini PCIe WiFi
cards, bluetooth adapters, etc.) - usually a couple dollars INCLUDING
shipping...

As I said, not "knowingly".
