Just came across this low-end, mini PC that reminds me of the beloved
IPC/LX format Sun workstation.

It can support dual core Athlon CPUs, 8 Gig of RAM, discrete ATI
video, a 3 1/2" SATA drive and a DVD-R/W drive, starting at $229 (for
a very basic system, fully-loaded it heads towards $600-700 pretty
quickly).
