The game (Rez) is a rails shooter with a trance sound track. However,
you get bonusses or more power or something by shooting to the beat. It
was available in the US for the PS2, but without the accessory. If you
had that accessory, it would vibrate to the music and the game.

According to wikipedia, the device is also compatible with Space Channel
5: Part 2, but I've never actually seen that game for sale. I wonder if
vibration in the controller would actually be useful for dance/music
games.

There is now a 360 Live Arcade version of the game called Rez HD. While
it is a single player game, it will let you use the other three
controllers as dedicated vibrating accessories.
