Guess they don't sell real doorbells anymore. (sigh)  
Mine is one of the old solinoid, two tube models.
Guess I'[ll hang on to it.  You could try an independent
hardware store.  They might have one.  OR an antique
store. :)  Why not make your own?  Solinoids are still
available.  :)
