All the current Sun documentation for Solaris, hardware, and software is
found there.
The sysadmin guides can be view online or freely downloaded and used on your
own machine.

Under the "communities" list at www.sun.com is the section bigadmin
section.
It may be listed as a section for system administrator.
The bigadmin area has all kinds of resources for system administrators.

Solaris software is freely download at www.sun.com.
Solaris for Sparc machines and Solaris for x86/PC/Intel & AMD machines.

Amazon.com has numberour, good, Solaris system administration books.
