The more I think about this and your T105 comments the less it makes  
sense. The Sun Java Workstation I have here (I think it's a 1100z) has  
an AMD chipset and a Broadcom NetXtreme BCM5703X chipset and, as you'd  
imagine from Sun, has no problems networking in Solaris 10. Moreover I  
was using a x86 DVD that was at least a year old. Is it a particular  
NetXtreme chipset they have added support for?
