I have an Ultra 2 running with a 36GB Seagate Cheetah 36ES (10,000
RPM.) Runs like a champ 24/7, doesn't seem to generate too much heat.
The Ultra 2 has good ventilation around the drives, so you shouldn't
have any problems with that drive either.
