Programming:

1. Steal someone else's code
2. Use open source code
3. Buy an O'Reilly book and use that code
4. Make another coffee
5. Claim you have discovered a major flaw in the human mind that  
requires rewriting of all the world's computer systems, which will  
mean the new system will take a few more months to complete, in  
between reporting your findings to MIT
6. Stop making excuses an GET ON WITH IT! (Ideally die would be  
weighted against this - note it is opposite 1 also :) )
