It's really amazing how great some "cheap" cameras work from the old
days.

My parents used to have a B&W Brownie that took very good shots.

No currently made camera in the same price category can touch one of
those old things.

You'd think they'd have gotten better, not worse.

I'd like to have a medium format for taking out to the waterfront and
places like the local battlefields where I take a lot of pictures.

It's just yet another thing to store and pay for.
