Say WHAT?

You're telling me that it's acceptable to deliberately cause a critical
and quite likely fatal traffic accident just because one of the
vehicles involved happens to be guilty of a particular moving
violation?

I don't think I'm going to be entering New York for a good long while -
even after I consider the USA in general acceptable again (if *that*
ever happens, of course).  That is just *so* broken.
