50% for being on-call, 150-200% for coming in outside office hours. If they
think it's important, they'll gladly pay you for sitting at home with a
pager. And you will need to drive home that you aren't free during those
hours; you can't go visit grampa, you can't go fishing, get drunk, you name
it. So they're gonna have to compensate you for that.
