It's a little heavy for my uses.  I try to avoid Java apps whenever
possible too.  That 300MB VM hit is worse than a KDE or Gnome
application.

OpenGrok wants an application server like GlassFish or Tomcat installed.

I might take a look at it, but this is a bit heavy for my needs.

To clarify, I'm not looking for source management and browsing, I'm
looking for something to index a library of code that I use as a
reference.

I should probably write it myself.
