[geeks] Firefox, affect of cache capacity settings

Ok, true, but they are effectivly, and I can treat them like one file right up
to the box I actually have to apply them to.  I admit, a large portion of the
issue really isn't IBM, but rather my companies "Interesting" security policy,
they seem to think they're the NSA, which makes getting the files from IBM much
more painfull than it needs to be.
