In 1993, I changed from using SCO's MMDF to Sendmail because I realised
that setting up routes manually for each domain wouldn't scale (note:
MMDF may have supported DNS lookups, but in 1993 I couldn't find it). I
haven't grown dumber over the years.

Whilst I may disagree with you on whether Verizon has the right to do
what they wish when it comes to blocking, I certainly don't agree with
their latest insanity. Which is why I have no intention of 'opting in'
to their servers. That might cause my users pain, and it may cause
Verizon customers some pain, but less pain than in the long run.

I have my doubts as to whether you could find more than 50 ISPs dumber
than Verizon; they do seem to take the prize when it comes to extreme
stupidity when it comes to mail.
