Because the government controls school funding, and the drug companies
pay lots of "campaign contributions" with the understanding that schools
will continue to feed kids sugary breakfasts and lunches without an
outlet for all that energy.

How many cases of "ADHD" are "need to go outside and run around"?

"Too much"[0] recess or an adjusted school lunch program and alter state
and federal funding like you wouldn't believe.

Conspiracy or not, it's just too hard not to get to that conclusion.


[0] We had an hour when I was in grades K through 4, we had an hour.  20
     minutes in the morning, 10 after lunch, and 30 in the afternoon,
     most of which was structured as PE.
