1. get the name of the bully.
2. find out what school policy on bullying is.
3. find out what the town/city policy on bullying / aggressive
   behavior is.
4. consider unarmed-combat training for your kid, if he shows any
   interest.
5. confront the bully's parents.  state that you find their child's
   behavior toward your child unacceptable and that you will not
   tolerate it.
