[geeks] Solaris PERL and OpenSSL compiled with the same compiler?

I needed to install Net_SSLeay PERL module on my Solaris 9 Ultra 1 here at the
house and when I ran "perl Makefile.PL" it went out and did it's usual checks.
And then it says to me:

"Good. Both OpenSSL and perl seem to have been compiled with the same compiler."

Which I found to be very interesting since I built that OpenSSL with GCC 3.3
after installing Solaris (and I'm using the stock Solaris perl install). Any-
one else seen this?
