They're pushing (or puchsing ;->) but no where did anybody say there
IS going to be a draft.  

I was in the "lottery" draft back in the 60-70's but my college found a
loophole so many were in it for only 90 days.  BTW, I went to college
to learn something, not avoid the draft like some of my present 
work partners.
