That was the only obvious suggestion.

NJABL (http://www.njabl.org) has been effective in the past, but that
was before I started using CBL. Mind you it's one of the ones
that block dialup and broadband ranges. Blocking on spamsigns is also
pretty effective... single word HELOs, HELOs with naked IPs("x.y.z.a"
rather than"[x.y.z.a]"), and invalid HELOs(Outblaze's domains are
frequently HELOed with, but Outblaze's servers never HELO with their
domain).
