You need to have an RTU for all systems running Solaris. Putting it on
support doesn't give you the RTU, it just gives you maintenance/upgrades
for the existing RTU.

If you buy the machine new (or reman from Sun) then it comes with an
RTU. If you buy it from a 3rd party then it does not come with one.
