[geeks] Solaris licensing question

Hi Lads

I've just got a quick Solaris licensing question. One of my clients wants to 
install a used Sun system (from a broker) as a backup for their production 
system. If they put it under a Sun software maintenance agreement, will they 
also get an RTU for Solaris? I know this used to be the case but their Sun rep 
indicated that they'd need to buy the system from Sun to get the RTU.

I've looked at the following document but it isn't clear.
