Followup:  My memory was correct about the framebuffer, it's a Creator
3D.  I was wrong about the RAM, though; I forgot that the module in slot
1 failed, so it actually only has 320MB installed (one 64MB and two
128MB).

It is at this moment getting a clean vanilla Solaris 9 install.
