Depending on your definition of "usably", a Pismo will do the job 
admirably for about $700 or so. But I suspect you meant new.

Don't. I just got a 12" PowerBook (second hand) and looking at 
upgrades, Apple wanted $200 for the same SODIMM I got for $100 at 
CompUSA. Subtract what I get when I sell the one that came with it 
(which I haven't yet, but it's in storage 7,000 miles away), and it's 
well worth it to buy third-party.

I have no idea if the iBook comes with Bluetooth. The PowerBook 
certainly does.
