Honestly I don't know about how much they can address. I think they can
use the 128 meggers, but Im pretty sure nothing beyond that. They at
least sell the 128 meg cards as if they work in the m5x series so Im
assuming they do.

I Was looking at one of the USB keychain drives the other day. Its body
was milled aluminum with a solid aluminm o-ring sealed cover. I doubt it
would stand up to too much actual physical pounding, but Im sure that
for general life (including the stream in the cave. I didn't know you
were a spelunker?) it'd do ok.
