Well darn.  That was the only half decent 3D program that I could afford. Any
other package that is under $2k is a pile of flaming crap.  They really should
GPL it if they are going out (well, I don't know if they could get away with
it with the share holders.).

I guess this means it is time to start looking for SGIs with Lightwave 4 
loaded on them... (unlike other packages, my understanding is that it doesn't
use the LM, so it can be transfered to better machines).
