It looked to me like all except the state lottery were national
changes they wanted made, and thus if they have their way, the only
thing that being a non-texan will save you from is loosing your state
lottery.  And I think state lotterys are stupid anyway.  Casinos are
bad enough, the states don't have to also participate in taking
advantage of those bad at math.
