Whoah!  Explain that, if you don't mind, please.  Is it just a garage
bay that you rent time on?  Bring your own tools, or what?

We could never do that here in the US, no matter how many people would
gladly pay for it.  The problem is that some moron would hurt themselves
in some fashion and sue the bejeezuz out of the station owner...

If I could find a risk-free way to start that kind of business, I'd be
all over it :)
