  Heh...there are a number of companies that need to learn about
this.  Know any SprintPCS users in the DC area?  Their service is
unbelievably bad there, and you can't call them to complain...if you
do manage to get through on their customer service line, once they
find out that you're about to complain, they put you on hold and leave
you there.  This wasn't an isolated incident...this happened dozens of
times over the course of a year.

  BUT...when you're ONE DAY LATE paying your bill, you'd better
believe your phone will stop working...and the "pay your bill with a
credit card online" number ALWAYS works.

  Fucking suits.
