Nobody believes me when I tell them I weigh 215 pounds (about 15.5 stone).
I've even had to step on a scale to prove how much I weigh...

And you're right - muscle outwieghs fat.  Muscle is about 22% more dense
than fat - a cubic cm of fat weighs .9g, a cubic cm of lean tissue weighs
1.1gm.  More importantly though, muscle is "carried" better by the body, and
a high muscle content can "hide" fat deposits pretty well.

At the end of the month I'm going down to Sports Authority (or Maybe Sam's
Club) to pick up an olympic rack system.  Gotta "hide" more fat :)
