That sounds like it, all right.  Definitely get checked (you'll
need a sleep study) - the sooner, the better.
Luckily, CPAP works fine for me, so no surgery. No how, no way..
Heard too many horror stories of it *not* working.  No fucking way
I'm getting a trache, either.
