For losses/liabilities, I believe Ken was refering to legal trouble. For
instance, Person X decided that some of the flame mail has emotionally scared
him for life and wants to go after a list for damages. I don't know about in
TX, but if in PA Sunhelp was an S-Corp (which isn't required to be profitable
to my understanding), then the liability from the lists would only extend to
the corporations assetts, it wouldn't allow going after the employees/owners
individually, except perhaps for gross negligence. However, the whole thing
is only a thing comfort because if the plaintiff gets the right lawyer and
judge you can still be held up being personally liable anyway.

At least this is my understanding, and it should not be taken as actuall legal
advice since IANAL. Having a lawyer review your exposure and make
recommendations about limiting it probably wouldn't be a bad idea if you ever
were able to afford it. Of course, maybe you just think that life isn't worth
living if you have to worry so much.
