I'm kind of a tire nut - I tend to prefer Bridgestone, as they make good
car & truck tires. I had always wanted Pirellis, and finally put their
Scopions on our 4Runner. Three failures later, including a 60MPH
blowout, I returned to Bridgestones. The Dueler AT's are still going
strong after many years.

As for cars, I *loved* the Potenza RE-92, my favorite of all time. If
the Volvo wasn't leased, it'd be wearing 'em.

Finally, I was *really* happy when I switched my bike to Bridgestone
Battleaxes - amazing tires, until I totaled the bike.

One thing I did notice was that the Bridgestones generally needed far
less balancing than other tires I've used on card or trucks (Pirelli,
Goodyear, etc.)
