Actually if you do that he could ask EBay to remove it as "retaliatory,
inflammatory, provocative or harrassing" and you could be given a warning.
It's always presumed that you read the fine print anyway.

It's not that I don't sympathize, it's jsut that having dealt with EBay for
years now I've been round and round this particular circle a few times.
