Wow.. I walked in, said "This started locking up; I just want my money back",
and I was out of there less than 5 minutes later.

When I bought my first refurb RT314, it had problems - I took it in, they
said "go grab another one", marked my receipt "exchanged", and I was out the
door in less than 10 minutes.

If nothing else, Fry's here doesent hassle you about returns as long as they're
in good condition. We even took back Amy's Sennheiser headphones after she'd
had them 2 months (they died).. The guy first said "we dont sell those
anymore", so we were like "oh well, we'll just go grab something else" and
figured we were out of luck. Went back there, they DID still sell them; I
grabbed a pair, took them back up to the guy, and showed them to him - he
took the new ones out of the package, handed them to us, took our old broken
ones, put them in the package, and said "Have a nice day.. but remember in the
future that our return policy is two weeks".
