[geeks] mozilla weirdness

ok, mozilla has just started acting extremely weird.  no matter what site i go
to, i get "The connection was refused when attempting to contact <site>"

i can telnet to <site> on port 80, type in get and get a response.  and mozilla
mail works just fine.

oh, i can i get connect to my local web server.  just not anything outside my
domain.  i also can't get to any of my virtual hosted domains, only arkham.ws

F-in' weird.

anyone have any ideas?
