we're back up on cable here in washington.... @ home cut their own throats, 
they felt that by shutting the service down they could command a better 
offer from those that were relying on the network (at&t, cox 
communications, etc...)   AT&T had a new system up here in washington 
within  about 30 hours of the shutdown.   they are going roll out the new 
attbi.com to all of their cable costomers as they can get them switched 
over, 130,000+ users here in WA were back online sunday evening
