Their news server never accepts my authenication, and I know I have it
right.  Their tech support isn't helpfull.  They just keep resetting
account info, and they won't escalate my support calls (seems that news
isn't important enough to warrant someone who knows what they are doing
and can do things like actually figure out what the problem is).
